This opened box iPad was in perfect condition! It looks and feels new and it works with no issues whatsoever. They did an amazing job refurbishing. The add ons like the cover and screen protector and also the pen were great the pods not so much. Haven’t been able to get them to pair. But that’s ok, we don’t need them. Overall, this was a great purchase! Very happy! If I was to make one little suggestion is about the packaging. Although it was wrapped in bubble wrap it was still a bit loose in the fe d ex box and they can be not so gentle. I would stuff the package to avoid shaking of the product.

This item was only $299 because it was an open box return. There’s not supposed to be anything wrong with it, and it should have all the accessories that come with an iPad Pro. I just received the iPad Pro, but haven’t turned it on yet, because the battery was dead. When you bundle items, you need to state if the items included are, or are not, Apple products. I was led to believe they were Apple products, and included the accessories that go with the iPad Pro. The only Apple product I received was the iPad Pro, and possibly the cord. The fast charger is an off brand made in Vietnam, and after 15 minutes of use became very hot. I had to unplug it. The airPods are called “InPods”, and were made in China. They are not Apple! The last thing I’m very disappointed in is that they sent a stylus pen with the iPad Pro. The iPad Pro comes with an Apple pencil! I would like to have an Apple pencil! I know the bundle was $299, and I’m sure they think I should be happy with that, which I would be if you only mentioned you were selling the iPad Pro. However, legally, you cannot say they’re one thing if they’re not that thing! If there’s anything wrong with the iPad itself, I will be returning all of this. Very unfortunate.

product was not as advertisment. one thing is open box and other totally different used or refurbished. i went to walmart for a redund, i was tetong to return rhe product, they said i needed to contact the seller…. I send a couple of messages, not answer! i dont really like to deal with independent seller, i though buyin frim walmart.com was secure, I was wrong, there is not help from walmart

I am always worried about buying refurbished items but I thought its through Walmart they wont send me a bad product. Lord was I wrong. Tablet would be wonderful expect its battery life is maybe an hour so unless you are close to a plug it is useless.

Completely useless iPad, would randomly restart every couple of minutes, completely unusable, don’t recommend any open box electronics, also said it came with iPods.. no it came with “inpods” and these are not displays they use in the store as I was lead to believe, they are personal iPads, the one I got still had some guys name on the back

The Good News: Definitely worth it; But… Read the description carefully! You’ll be getting an iPad Pro OR an iPad Retina. I thought I was buying an iPad Pro but received an iPad Retina instead. The device was in extremely good condition and is working very well. After I got over my initial disappointment, I restored my iPad Pro configuration and data (which had been crushed while closing a Murphy bed) to this iPad Retina successfully. As part of the restore, I upgraded the device to iOS 17.

The screen is a little broken doesn’t recognize my finger sometimes I’ve only had it for a few days and there looks to be some light damage on the screen since I opened it as well

The back on the iPad are bad. They didn’t show any real pictures of it. They should put that the iPad is use on the title , instead of open box. It didn’t come on the original box and didn’t came with the rapid charger. The iPad still in working condition, but disappointed with the look.

this was refurbished and they did not do a very good job, touch screen doesn’t always work and the button at the bottom of the screen doesn’t fit as its supposed to.

My home button does not work at all. I am home bond meaning can not walk. I love it but like I said one button does not work what can I do? Thought May be no but deal but u have to use that button offten and you can not get in with finger print was told it would work like new box was just open for some reason? May return for repair or now one? Thank you
