HOW TO USE
Setting up the Printer
- Unbox the printer and remove all packaging materials.
- Connect the power cord to the printer and plug it into a power outlet.
- Turn on the printer using the power button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to select your language, region, and other preferences.
- Connect the printer to your wireless network by entering the network name and password.
Installing the Toner
- Open the printer’s front cover.
- Take out the toner cartridge from its packaging.
- Remove the protective tape from the cartridge.
- Insert the toner cartridge into the printer, aligning it properly.
- Close the front cover of the printer.
Printing Documents
- Make sure the printer is connected to your computer or device via wireless connection or USB cable.
- Open the document you want to print on your computer.
- Go to the File menu and select the Print option.
- Choose the HP – LaserJet Tank 2504dw as the printer from the available options.
- Adjust any print settings such as paper size, orientation, and quality.
- Click on the Print button to start printing.
Refilling the Toner
- When the toner level is low, open the printer’s front cover.
- Remove the empty toner cartridge from the printer.
- Get a new Original HP Toner cartridge.
- Insert the new toner cartridge into the printer.
- Close the front cover of the printer.
