HOW TO USE
Step 1: Unboxing and Setup
- Remove the printer from the box and remove all packaging materials.
- Connect the power cord to the printer and plug it into a power outlet.
- Turn on the printer by pressing the power button.
- Install the provided printer software on your computer by following the on-screen instructions.
- Connect the printer to your computer using a USB cable or set up a wireless connection.
Step 2: Loading Paper
- Open the paper input tray located at the front of the printer.
- Adjust the paper guides to fit the size of the paper you are using.
- Insert the paper into the tray, making sure it is aligned properly.
- Close the paper input tray.
Step 3: Installing Toner
- Open the toner cartridge access cover.
- Remove the used toner cartridge by pulling it out gently.
- Take the new toner cartridge out of its packaging and shake it side-to-side a few times to distribute the toner evenly.
- Insert the new toner cartridge into the printer, ensuring it is securely in place.
- Close the toner cartridge access cover.
Step 4: Printing
- Make sure the printer is on and connected to your computer.
- Open the document you want to print on your computer.
- Select “Print” from the File menu.
- Choose the HP LaserJet Tank 2604sdw printer from the list of available printers.
- Specify the desired print settings, such as the number of copies and paper size.
- Click on the “Print” button to start the print job.
